I'm a 23 year veteran of the therapeutic movement and nutrition industry. For the last 15 years I've traveled the globe presenting workshops, retreats and professional trainings on anatomy, injury management, breathing, neural resilience, therapeutic myofascial self-massage, core, hips, shoulders, ankles, knees and yes...back pain.

I am trained Backfitpro, level 3 Neurokinetic Therapist, level 2 Craniosacral Therapist, Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Nutrition Counselor, Yoga Alliance Continuing Ed Provider and ERYT500

Why I Retrain Back Pain: I had a million questions following a debilitating back injury and diagnosis of spondylolisthesis in 2009.

I found the traditional trajectory for back pain to be incredibly disempowering and the usual doctor and clinicians' businesses were not set up to educate me on how to avoid further worsening of my complex conditions which included degenerative discs, herniations, modic changes, pars fractures, scoliosis, sacroiliac joint dysfunction and grade 1 spondylolisthesis.

I knew there had to be a better way.

Retrain Back Pain is that way.
