- Your unique "Book of You" with all of our Retrain: Think, Eat, Move session recap notes
- You will also receive the video replay of all of our Retrain: Think, Eat, Move sessions.
- Before our work together you will fill out an in-depth client medical health questionnaire and Goals form so I can meet you where you’re at and support you in the best way possible

ONE TIME
$175 once
If you don’t need a full service, a one-time consultation may be a great, cost-effective solution for you.
WHAT YOU GET:
- A one-time, one-hour, one-on-one Zoom consultation with Dinneen.
- You can use this hour however you’d like to ensure that you get the information you need to support your goals and future success.
- Before our video session you will receive a short questionnaire to bee-line us to exactly what you want to work on when we meet
- Retrain Think methods, which train you to effectively Reframe Pain and to create mindful daily habits for long lasting results are not typically included in these sessions due to time constraints
- Session notes and video replays are not provided for one-time consults
